The Pine Glen association uses an online portal through our management company to store documents, which can also be used as an app on your phone to view these documents and pay your dues. All homeowners should sign up for it. The Pine Glen HOA does not operate this, as it is used for all of Neighborly’s managed properties. There is also information about this on the documents tab, called Portal Access.
